Photo-Gallery On-Line User ManualFor a comprehensive manual on the website page editor click here. The on-line manual below includes full details on how to create and manage public and private galleries.
You can create multiple portfolios, and each portfolio can be associated to multiple galleries. So you can create a portfolio called Weddings, for example, and add multiple wedding galleries to it. You then add a portfolio to one of your web pages and all of the galleries in that portfolio are displayed on that page.
Since we have just created a Travel gallery as our example, we will create a new portfolio called Travel. This means that we could then create specific travel galleries (France, Spain, Germany etc) and add them to the Travel portfolio so that all of these galleries would then display in a web page simply by adding the Travel portfolio to the page.
Click on the Protect tab to open the portfolio admin facility.

When you first create a new gallery it will always be associated to the General portfolio by default. All galleries in the General portfolio will display in every portfolio, so it is always best to associate your galleries to a specific portfolio so that you can control where they appear on your pages.
Enter the name of your new portfolio in the field New Portfolio and press the Submit button.
The new portfolio will then be added to the list and the current selected gallery will now be associated to that portfolio. If you want the current gallery to be associated to a different portfolio then simply select the appropriate portfolio and press Submit.
