Photo-Gallery On-Line User ManualFor a comprehensive manual on the website page editor click here. The on-line manual below includes full details on how to create and manage public and private galleries.
In the page editor, enter the name of the page. This is usualy the name of your client. In the Visibility box select Private. You will then see a list of the current user groups appear on the right. Tick the user group/s that you want to give access to this page and press Add.
The page editor will then appear with a blank page. Enter any text content you like. This will usualy be an introduction to the preview gallery and any other information you want to include specific to your client.
If you are adding a private gallery to this page, click the Manage Sections link.
This is where you can add any of the available modules into your page. Here we are adding the Wrapper module which allows us to insert an external web page into your page. In this case the external web page is our gallery.
You will then see the current list of modules that have been applied to your page, starting with the WYSIWYG module (the page editor) and the Wrapper module that has just been added. Click on the wrapper name to return to the page for editing.

The Wrapper module has been added below the page editor. You can see the current list of portfolios, each with its own unique reference number.
Copy the bold text (the URL to the gallery) and paste it into the URL box. Then change the ID (the last part of the URL) to the number of the required portfolio. In this example the Wedding portfolio is no. 2, so the ID has been replaced with 2. Press Save.
If you now view your website and login with the guest username and password you will see the private page appear. Click on the page link and you will see the private gallery. If you log out, the private page link disappears.
