To allow your clients access to a private page on your website you must first create a user group and a guest user with a username and password.
Login to your web admin and click on the Access button/tab.

Then click on the Groups button to open the Manage Groups editor.
Enter the name of the group you want to create in the Name field and press the Add button. You do not need to tick any of the other boxes on this page.

You will then see the group you have created in the select box.

Now click on the Manage Users link at the top right of the page. You will then see the Users editor.
The first user you create will be a Guest user. The username and password of this user can then be passed to all of the people who need to view the private page and gallery. This means that you only need to create one guest user even if there were hundreds of 'guests' at the wedding/event.
To create your guest user, simply enter a username and a password plus a display name and contact email address. Then select the group you have just created and press the Add button.

Now that you have created the guest user, you can now go to your gallery admin and associate the gallery to this user group.
