The Click-IT newsletter module is supplied as an optional extra feature for those who require this advanced facility on their website. If you do not currently have this module then please contact Click-IT sales to ask for this feature to be enabled on your website. Please note there is a one-off cost of £29 to install this module.

Adding Members to News groups You can manually add members to your groups by pasting emails or entering contact details.

Adding Members to News Groups

Once you have created a news group you can add members to it.

The quickest way is to simply create a list of email addresses and paste them into the box provided.
Click Members on the main menu and then click Emails against the group you want to add members to.

You are then presented with a large box into which you can paste your email addresses (as below)...

If you know the first and last name of any of your members then you can include them in the list, using the format of..

email,firstname,lastname

eg: paste your list as...

jim@here.com,Jim,Reeves
john@there.com,John,Smith
... etc
