Newsletter Manual
The Click-IT newsletter module is supplied as an optional extra feature for those who require this advanced facility on their website. If you do not currently have this module then please contact Click-IT sales to ask for this feature to be enabled on your website. Please note there is a one-off cost of £29 to install this module.
Create a News Message
Click on Post Manager in the main menu and you will see your news groups and the current status of messages created (pending) and posted to each group.
To create a new message click on NEW against the group you want to send it to.
You are then presented with a new message form in which you can enter your subject and message text. The signature that you defined for that group is auto-pasted into the signature box, so you can edit this as well if you need to.
Note: the message text must be entered without any HTML as the emails are sent as text only. Any html tags are auto-removed before saving.

Schedule Posting Times
You can send messages at any scheduled date and hour in the future.
