Newsletter Manual

The Click-IT newsletter module is supplied as an optional extra feature for those who require this advanced facility on their website. If you do not currently have this module then please contact Click-IT sales to ask for this feature to be enabled on your website. Please note there is a one-off cost of £29 to install this module.

Editing Member Details

Click Members in the main menu. The number under the OptIn column shows the number of members in that group. Clicking this cell displays all the members of that group in a list (see below). You can change the sort order (email or surname) to find the member you want, or you can use the search option to search for an email or a surname.

Click on the member/s you want and press the Edit button. This opens the member/s record to allow you to edit their details.

If you want to move them to another group, select the group you want to move them to and press Move.

If you want to add them to another group (so they belong in more than one group) select the other group and press Copy.

If you want to remove them from this group then press Remove from Group (note: they can't be removed if they only belong to this group). This only works if they also belong to another group.

If you want to delete the member/s entirely then press Delete Members.

Note: if you have used the search option then you will only have the View, Edit and Delete options available.

Member Editor

You can view and edit short or full contact details, so if you need to enter their full address details then click the View Full Data link. To return to the shorter data set, click the View Short Data link.
