Newsletter Manual
The Click-IT newsletter module is supplied as an optional extra feature for those who require this advanced facility on their website. If you do not currently have this module then please contact Click-IT sales to ask for this feature to be enabled on your website. Please note there is a one-off cost of £29 to install this module.
The newsletter module created exclusively by Click-IT for their website system allows flexible management of your email messages for client updates and customer information etc. The main features include:
- Multiple email groups
- Add members to specific groups for targeted email marketing
- Each member can belong to multiple groups (to allow sending different news messages)
- Add unique signatures to each group
- Groups can be set as Mandatory emails (with no optout link in email message) or Optional (where an optout link appears in every email.
- Import emails by simply pasting from a text file
- Option to include first and last name
- Edit full contact details of each member
- Search for members on email or first/last name
- Move or Copy members to other groups
- Remove members from groups
- Delete members from database
- Insert page link into messages (ideal for directing members to view more info on your website)
- Schedule sending of messages for any date and hour in the future (auto send facility)
- Send the same message to multiple groups
- Send the message to a single email (ideal for testing or resending to a new member)
- Display (optin) newsletter groups on any web page for visitors to subscribe to
- Define what contact info you require from new subscribers
- Auto-unsubscribe facility
- When recipient clicks the optout link they are instantly unsubscribed from that news group
